The skins REsigned mcnabb as a FALSE FLAG operation to show some sort of confidence and unity.....and what followed was them getting their ass whipped in consecutive weeks... I think you gotta give it to the vikings who have been begging for a new QB (which they WILL get this week) and a NEW COACH!!!
I think the Vikings are clearly the play here.

I think that this line is inflated because ATL's games have almost entirely gone over the total.. but if Atl wants to win this game they will have to use up clock and keep GB off the field... GB's passing attack is too potent for the ATL secondary and this should be a game of strategy for the Falcons at home... lots of M. TURNER...also because their secondary is so shitty i think ATL will be blitzing rogers causing the short pass and as a result long drives for both teams...

When you look at their lineup they have a good squad with experienced players.. as long as stuckey can score the basketball i think they have a distinct advantage in their game today @ home over a team which tends to shoot itself out of ball games... I know i have sucked at fading the knicks this year , but i think they have a lot of work to do and the defensively sound pistons are not going to waste an opportunity here.

Ohio St is going to come out and run all over michigan. Michigan plays worse D than my uncle's AYF team and im literally not kidding.. Their defensive coordinator should be shot, he never changes the front and doesn even consider putting the 4th man down on the line in his perpetual 3-4 shitshow defense. Ohio St saw last week that Michigan can put up a lot of points quickly and knows that Robinson will get his to the tune of around 21-28 points, so in my conclusion they win 56-21 or something outrageous like that.

LAkers due for a road let down and i think that they will have to take advantage of their experience here and keep the shooting to a minimum.. Lakers have gone under in their last 4 ATS and UTAH has gone under in 3 of 4 ATS...

I think miami is definitely going to have to pick up its defense here in this contest, they do not usually beat teams by the large side margin we have tonight and i like the under here as both teams are good rebounding squads. miami has to play more team basketball and this would be a good chance to put the whippin on Philly...

The heat will not be able to keep up with Orlando's second unit.. the loss of haslem will effect them drastically against their cross state rival and the heat whipped the magic last time they played so i would expect a real good effort by the magic this evening .

Tonight i think Al Jeff gives Mr. west a lil trouble out there and the jazz catch a slumping road tripping new orleans off guard in MORMON COUNTY!

Sacramento needs this game and its well known they cant score with New orleans... We have two of the best defensive centers in the league in the middle for both teams, I think Dalembert and Okeafor will bring the total down for both sides and this will allow for more efficient capping on the over under.

The grizzlies match up perfectly with miami, their strong positions are miami's weak positions, they do have one of the biggest drop offs from starters to bench but honestly miami's bench is full of old dudes that dont play D....Rudy Matches up as well with lebron as any 3 in the league and wade has the flu so its likely we see memphis play well enough to cover tonight..

5. Under 221 golden state v NYK
Ok so I was going with Golden state and might regret not doing so with the knicks on their third game of a road trip but here's my logic, the total was 221 last game and the score was 122-117 which went WAAAYYY over for a high total... now the total is the same? with the knicks on their third game of a road trip against the hottest home team in basketball, i think as long as we stay out of foul trouble we will avoid the set up here.. its almost too easy to assume these teams will go bombs away every game, and who knows, maybe the knicks whip their ass?

Memphis can be a very defensive minded team and orlando has had trouble their last three games losing two of three and beating new jersey by one. The under has hit in the last 4 games between these teams @ similar numbers.

Tonight we see New Orleans get its first loss of the season. They do not match up as well as they would like to on offense and Dallas's Defense is solid and athletic enough to keep up with paul and Dirk can outscore David West unlike most opposing 4's.

I think denver plays well at home today after a disappointing season so far and Kansas city is denfinitely going to put up points on denvers D. Not to mention this IS the same team that has had OAKLAND score 59 on them this year.
5. St. Louis +4 V San Fran
the rams have shown good offense all season and San Fran's is puppy poop .. san fran wins by 3.

New England's third down Defense is complete garbenheim .... their running game isnt gonna be a factor either way but its awful... against ben ruthlessburger i dont know if thats gonna go well..

People are making way too much of randy being in tennessee, I love randy moss but there is a REASON why two of the most successful franchises in football have dumped him off the roster for nothing in return.. I think miami locks them down today. Tennessee's toughest game of their last four was against the Eagles who are honestly not so fantastic on Defense. I think Tenn will be out of sync today as Randy Moss and Vince young havent practiced more than once together...

Browns are tough at home. Last week was No Fluke, they have a more powerful offense than the jets in my opinion and their defense may have some issues with the running game of the jets but i think its gonna be a good matchup.

I think buffalo has given up after a Valiant effort thus far. The Lions are a solid football team especially on offense and Should make the playoffs if they can get a couple wins. They absolutely cannot afford to drop a game to Buffalo.

1. Georgia +7.5 there is only one team playing the #1 team in the nation this weekend... and thats Georgia.. this win would be so impactful for their dwindling program i have to hope they only lose by a small margin rather than betting on the Fav...

Both these teams stink but maryland has gotten better this year and virginia has gone down hill...

Dont have much time to explain this one so let me use gross generalizations.. The magic need a win, and they have been playing FAR superior teams in comparison to Toronto. toronto has no Consistent means of scoring and if they HAVE ANY HOPE they will have to keep it low scoring and close... on the other hand they might just get slapped in which case they wont score more than lets say 85.... Magic win 104-82 or... toronto covers the spread while losing 98-92. either way i think the under is the way to play.

Night game
4. Den +3 V LA LAKERS
The nuggets are coming off of a 3 game road trip where they dropped the last two and got slaughtered by a young Indiana team. Denver is having a tough time right now adjusting to their small lineup but i think coach Karl is going to get them back on track tonight. The lakers have won 8 in a row (every game so far this year) but I do see a large issue with their recent schedule having beat some pretty inferior teams as of late. Portland is not a terrible team but they are not on the level of the lakers offensively, we all know about toronto and minnesota who are what i like to categorize as "starless" NBA teams.
I would like to see denver pick it up at home tonight and so Ill take them in the Mile High City with the points.

Portland is not a terrible team but they are not on the level of the lakers offensively, we all know about toronto and minnesota who are what i like to categorize as "starless" NBA teams.
I would like to see denver pick it up at home tonight and so Ill take them in the Mile High City with the points.

We all know i like atlanta this season, and i think there is a common entity between the teams who give baltimore trouble. The patriots have a good coach, good receivers and An A+ quarterback.
The Bills have a decent coaching staff, pretty good receivers and a B quarterback. The Bengals Have a good defense which kept them in the game, but remaining more on topic they have a good coach great receivers and a B+ QB who used to be an A and still thinks he is on some days.
The falcons have a very sound offensive scheme and Matty Ryan is an A- maybe even A Quarterback. The Kid Can play ball and he has some talent around him. They are at home in the dome, so even though i think this will be a rough and rugged game .
These two teams have played pretty comparable schedules with perhaps a very very slight edge to the Falcons in my opinion, so i do think the records are true to their abilities on both sides.

Its gonna get loud and crazy, and lets not forget how well they have played this year in certain spots... i think this one is like kirk heirbstriet said "a very dangerous game for pitt"

Mo Money Mo problems
1. bowling Green +2.5 V Miami Ohio
I like bowling green here because this is pretty much the last game of the year that means anything for them .. With a 2-7 Record BG is not having its finest season, and coming into this primetime game with Miami Ohio I believe they have a lot to play for at home.
I dont usually fade the home dog and this wont be any different. BGREN are 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 games overall.(covers.com) and have the impetus to make this game their superbowl. BG won their last game on the field after losing 5 straight prior... I must say after playing on a losing team in college (0-8) One win can make all the difference in a team's morale.

2. Knicks -3.5 V Golden State
The warriors may or may not be without NBA leading scorer Monte Ellis who suffered a back injury against the raptors in the first game of their East coast Road trip, but i think the key to this game is in the hands of Raymond Felton. Tonight Stephon Curry, who is known for shooting the lights out and making opposing guards look silly, will not have as easy of a time with the likes of felton. In the offseason Felton has been brought to the knicks to give them a solid defensive presence at the point and a sound mind on offense to run D'antoni's game plan. Felton is also a distributor and although the Knicks suffered a poor shooting performance on the Road last night (as predicted) I believe that felton will get his offense going this evening at Madison Square Garden. Lets not forget that the Warriors have not proven themselves on the road by any means and I believe the knicks are indeed a playoff team this year if they can remain healthy. Amare will be WAAAY too tough to stop for the warriors, Knicks 110-103, but i would lay off the total.
3. Under 193.5 Cleveland V Nets
The nets and cleveland are playing the second game of a back to back where each team gets to play at home one night . New Jersey (-3) lost last night in a nail biter to the cavs 93-91. Typically with two teams like this i would expect a low scoring endeavor regardless, but the over under is down 2 points in some places from last nights 195, which hit on the UNDER.
I think we see an example of the nets trying to take a game back on the opposition's floor and as a result, will cause a more defensive game as the two teams Definitely are familiar.
Brook lopez will have to tone it down this evening as he shot, 33% (6/18) from the field last night which is unacceptable for a starting center in the NBA (or anywhere). Expect to see a more offensively sound New Jersey and a low scoring affair nonetheless.

I put them in caps for a reason. Dallas is the toughest team to predict in the NBA. Dirk could score 40, he could have 10 turnovers, jason terry could have 30 or... 6 on 1-20 shooting....Its tough to bet against them or even WITH THEM as we saw with their inability to cover 3 after being up 10 in the fourth. But let me try to persuade you .
Firstly, Caron Butler is out for this game which will impact the Mavs at the ends and beginnings of quarters as they will have a mismatch at the 3 guard all night with Rudy Gay, especially if they get into foul trouble. Also , The mavericks have had a rocky start to their season with what i would categorize as a mediocre schedule early on. They really havent played anyone huge and have already lost to the Grizz in Dallas this season with Butler active. The grizz do have somewhat of a mickey mouse bench, but their starters are an excellent young core from point guard to center. I think they come out and out do the Mavs whose roster is full of gaps at the guard positions currently. Jason Kidd looks like he should be on the senior tour, and although he is the brett favre of basketball, I gotta say Memphis takes this one at home.

UTAH is coming off of two straight overtime games and had to beat one of the most athletic teams in all of sports (MIAMI) last night by the hair of their chinny chin chin... Most teams dont fair well during the NBA florida trip and I would venture to Say that after a disappointing performance the other night I think Orlando covers here .. Utah's bigs are going to be in foul trouble.

Despite the recent criticisms of "wanna be handicappers" and people who cant stand to see Mr. C prevail, I will carry on this evening after admittedly getting destroyed last week and last night. I really dont have an answer for you other than to crunch more numbers and implement my knowledge as I see fit.
This is not a jog next door, or a 400 meter sprint, this is a marathon.
and with that said here are my winners for this evening's action... good luck bettors, and also those who hate on the kid.
1. Toledo +11 V Northern Illinois
- Toledo may still be without their quarterback for tonights big TV matchup with Northern Illinois. However, with that said we have to look at the bigger picture here. Toledo Arguably plays a tougher schedule than Northern Illinois. They have won 3 games in a row on the field and are hot coming into tonights big game. Northern illinois is also rolling through with a lot of momentum , but one thing that made me change my bet away from N. ILL is that they have Won their Last 6 games on the field and covered the spread in 6 out of their last seven games including one close game with illinois and a push on their last game. To some people thats a GOOD REASON to lay action on N. ILL, but to Mr. C a team that has covered the spread 6 out of their last 7 and pushed on the 7th is a team that is going to have a hard time covering... If betting were that easy, "Dave McGuire" (substitute your local know it all Joe Public Bettor) would be living in Las Vegas in a Penthouse Suite.

2. Milwaukee -5 V NY Knicks -
Delfino is out and the line is going up. I expect a road let down from the Knicks. they seem to be better than the Bucks on paper but milwaukee has been tough at home the last year and change. They are well coached and I think that the Knicks erratic shooting may come to haunt them tonight in Milwaukee.
3. UTAH +9 V Miami -
Utah is not going to let the Point-guardless Heat beat them by 10. Utah may win this game on the floor, they are a good squad with a lil bit of a weak bench but they match up well in the paint with the heat and should be able to keep a close one here.
4. Over 209.5 Denver V indiana
Neither of these teams play defense and with Denver on another night in their road trip i just dont see them endeavoring to play any sort of Defense here. I think they will save it all for Offense especially with the small lineup they have been running with... Danny Granger "the lone ranger" is going to have probably 25-28 points in What I believe will be a 107-105 Victory for the Nuggets... but i would rather just tell you i some scoring here.
