illinois has been playing very poorly as of late and I believe this is a turnaround point for them. Mich St may take them lightly because of their recent troubles, or this may just be a very favorable matchup for illinois, but I think Mich St drops one here.
Penn State +8 V Wisconsin

Wisconsin just put the defensive clamps down on INDIANA and everyone and their mommy is going to hate on penn state's offense so why not just put the mortgage on Wisconsin?? State I think can play alongside Wisconsin here and although they intimidate me I will go out on a limb and say this game is within 6 by the end.
